What to charge for a UGC video
Most answers you'll find are a range with no country and no source. This calculator uses market data from nine countries, shows you the full breakdown, and tells you when a number is an estimate instead of faking precision.
Your rate shows up here.
With the full breakdown: where the base comes from, what each extra adds, and why.
For Argentina we work with estimates, not verified data. We'll say so next to the rate.
Why the rate isn't a single number
The base
What a UGC video pays in your country, at the level you're at. The same video isn't worth the same in Mexico as in the United States, and that's the distinction almost no guide makes.
Usage rights
This is the factor that moves the price the most, and the one most often given away for free. A brand posting your video on its own account isn't the same as running it as a paid ad for six months. The second one is the work plus the permission, and the permission is billed separately.
Exclusivity
If you agree not to work with their competitors, you're selling jobs that don't exist yet. That has a price, and it's better to make it explicit before you sign.
Urgency
Delivering in 48 hours means pushing another job out of the way. The rush fee isn't a punishment for the client: it's what keeps saying yes to a rush from costing you money.
Where this data comes from
From ranges published by agencies and platforms in each market, cross-checked and dated. When a country has no data of its own and the number is extrapolated from a comparable market, the calculator says so next to the result instead of presenting it as verified.
It's a market reference, not a valuation. It's there so you don't quote blind, and so you have something to point at when someone pushes back.
The rate is half the problem
Knowing what to charge doesn't help much if the number then gets lost in a chat thread. In the Hub this same quote is saved, turns into a proposal you can send, and what you actually end up charging feeds back into the rate it suggests next time.
