Enter your account’s email and send the request. You’ll see a reference code right away, and we’ll email it to you too.

We process the cancellation and write back to confirm. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; then the account goes back to the free plan, nothing else is charged, and your analyses stay.

If you’re signed in, you can also cancel instantly from your subscription.

If you subscribed 10 calendar days ago or less (14 in the EU or the UK), you’re also entitled to a refund: cancel a recent purchase.
