Privacy policy

What we store, what we use it for, who else sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

What we store

Your account: your email address and your password, which is stored encrypted and which nobody — us included — can read.

Your profile: the country and creator type you give us when you start. They’re used to price with data from your market; without the country, the calculator can’t calculate.

Your work: the videos you upload, the analyses they produce, your clients, proposals, quotes and recorded payments.

Usage: technical error logs and how often you use each tool, so we can apply your plan’s limits.

We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep your session open and the one that remembers your language.

Your videos

Videos you upload are kept in private storage and sent to Google (Gemini) for analysis. They are not public, are not used to train any model of ours, and are not shared with other users.

The links generated to view them are temporary and expire after an hour.

Who else sees it

Only the providers that make the product work, and only what each one needs:

  • Supabase — database, accounts and video storage.
  • Vercel — the servers the site runs on.
  • Google (Gemini) — analyses the videos you upload.
  • Anthropic — generates the text the product suggests.
  • Resend — sends your account emails (verification, password reset).
  • Lemon Squeezy and Mercado Pago — process payments. Your card details go to the processor, not to us: we never see or store the number.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t hand it to advertisers or brokers.

Where it lives and how long

The infrastructure is international, so your data may be stored outside your country. It’s kept for as long as your account is open.

If you delete your account, your data and your videos are deleted. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires, because we can’t delete those even if we wanted to.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or a copy to take with you. If you’re in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to certain processing and to complain to your country’s authority.

For any of that, write to agustinagineragency@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days at the latest.

Under-18s

The product is for people over 18. We don’t ask for and don’t want data from minors; if we find out an account belongs to one, we close it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll email you before it applies. The date above says when it was last reviewed.
